So basically , being massive in the number of employees also increases convenience in the company . so it is a big task to train the new joined employee . Traditionally, professional, experienced trainers are appointed to give training to the new joint employees . But the traditional method of training comes with a number of cons in the training process, as it wastes the productivity of the other employers who contribute to the process of giving training. Secondly, each time the company has to waste its one product while giving training and demonstrating to every new batch . Theethod is also very time-consuming and the trainer can not explain each individual step in detail.
So to cope with the challenge, the company thought of making an animation video of the model of the kitchen appliance which would represent the mechanism of the appliance in detail .
