Surface Modification Technology (SMT), Vasai, is known for developing advanced machines and equipment for surface engineering and coating technology. The company required a realistic 3D explainer animation to demonstrate the functionality of its Tribo Simulator, enabling customers to understand how the machine evaluates coating durability under abrasive conditions.
Client Objective
Although the Tribo Simulator performs highly accurate wear and abrasion testing, its internal working process is difficult to explain through photographs, brochures, or live demonstrations. SMT wanted a professional 3D animation that would visually communicate the testing methodology and highlight the machine’s value to manufacturers, research laboratories, and industrial customers.
